The Wilton Historical Society and Barn Star Productions are building one of the most exciting antiques show revivals in decades with the premiere of the Wilton Fall Antiques Market, Sunday, October 27, 2013.

The event which has enjoyed collector and dealer loyalty for decades will be revived under the management of Frank Gaglio and Lynn Webb at the Wilton (Ct.) High School Field House, where it originated.

Ms. Leslie Nolan Director of the Society, comments, “We are ecstatic to see such enthusiastic support from the antiques dealer community for this exciting fundraising event. Frank and Lynn, who have successfully managed our Fine American Craftsman Show for the past five years, has sought permission from our Board of Directors to bring back the antiques show and have received unanimous support for this project. We look forward to the show as an annual event and collector support for the exhibitors”

Over 106 diverse exhibitors will fill the hall with period Americana, English and French furnishings, fine and folk ceramics, textiles and needlework samplers, mid-century decorations, estate and costume jewelry, trade signs, stoneware, early iron and brass, poster art, Black Forest carvings, decoys, game boards, Oriental carpets, Carnival games, lighting, mirrors, clocks, nautical work, fine art, prints and maps plus several other categories not offeredbefore at this Wilton show.

The exhibitor roster will read as a “who’s who” of active, talented and familiar former Wilton exhibitors as well as several newcomers happy to join the show. Adding to the mix, exhibitors will be attending from over 13 states for this one day only extravaganza where the exhibitors have been encouraged to price their wares to attract buyers of every collecting level.
