Master Art and NetJets Connect Collectors Amidst Art, Love and Music at Manhattan's Historic Lotos Club

For its New York City engagement with art lovers, entrepreneurs, investors and art world professionals, this Friday, Henry Blundell-Hollinshead-Blundell, Founder and CEO of MasterArt joins NetJets in hosting by-invitation guests at the historic Lotos Club, former residence of the Vanderbilt family, now one of the country’s most prestigious private clubs for a quintessential MasterArt Society gathering.
The evening's festivities are set to include a preview cocktail reception followed by a special recital and seated dinner. For the evening's special performance, “Bella, the Color of Love”, celebrated Canadian soprano, actress and playwright Theresa Tova stars as Bella Chagall wife of the famed modernist Marc Chagall. Tova will be accompanied by international jazz/classical pianist, composer and arranger, Matt Herskowitz. Ms. Tova as lyricists, recounts the profound love story between one of the 20thCentury’s most important painters, Marc Chagall and his creative muse and wife of 30 years, Bella. The unique recital will be set against a dramatic screen presentation of Chagall’s iconic paintings. Bella appeared in some of Chagall’s most famous works, including “Bella with White Collar,” 1917.

The initial MasterArt events were held in 2013 in St. Petersburg, Paris and Brussels in partnership with TEFAF Maastricht, universally regarded as the world’s preeminent art fair. The New York City premier will be followed by a MasterArt expansion calendar of 8-10 events in cities around the world, including Hong Kong (October) and Vienna (December), with exclusive gatherings planned for London, Madrid, Cologne and Zurich in 2015.
