The Palm Beach Show Group is excited to announce the acquisition of the Antiques, Art & Design at the Armory Show, renowned as the AVENUE Show, from Manhattan Media. The prestigious and respected event is New York’s oldest and longest running show.
The Palm Beach Show Group, headquartered in Palm Beach County, FL, currently owns and produces nine other internationally acclaimed art, antique and jewelry shows, each highly celebrated for its world class participating dealers, exceptional merchandise and high production quality.
With shows in Los Angeles, Dallas, Naples, Chicago, Baltimore and Palm Beach, the acquisition of the New York Show marks a pinnacle in the rapid expansion and sustainable growth of the Palm Beach Show Group. The ability to reach serious collectors from coast to coast has consistently been a company objective.
“We are delighted to be merging the AVENUE Show into our national offerings,” said Scott Diament, president and CEO of Palm Beach Show Group. “We have always known we wanted to have a premier venue in New York and this show on Park Avenue in the heart of the city is the perfect addition.”
The Palm Beach Show Group will combine its organizational strength with marketing and managerial expertise to continue producing the prestigious and respected show, under a new name: the NEW YORK ART, ANTIQUE & JEWELRY SHOW.
“We have known Scott Diament and his partner for many years and have been impressed by the professional and successful way they have built PBSG,” said Richard Burns, chairman of Manhattan Media and general partner of Isis Venture Partners. “We came to a conclusion that our dealers and vendors would benefit greatly by being integrated into a national network, and PBSG is by far the best choice.”
Over the past 12 years, The Palm beach Show Group has earned a reputation for incredible high quality promotion, generating extensive media attention, and conveying a willingness to invest serious resources into making remarkable events for dealers, collectors, interior designers and art advisors.
“Our extensive marketing efforts will make an immense impact on the reach and participation associated with this show,” stated Diament. “We believe we possess all of the elements to take something as great as the AVENUE Show and make it exceptional.”
The Palm Beach Show Group is committed to creating environments to grow dealer and collector relationships through pleasant experiences, networking opportunities and powerful marketing campaigns.
