Hancocks have had a dedicated bespoke service, catering to any budget, since 2011. It was borne from the long standing relationship Hancocks has developed with both diamond merchants and fine craftsmen and workshops internationally. To date Guy has overseen the creation of over 150 pieces for an international clientele.
Quality and authenticity are integral to the Hancocks bespoke service; to keep competitive they source their stones from all over the world in all shapes and sizes. Their real passion and niche is exceptional quality old cut diamonds, which are extremely difficult to find and are growing in popularity. As a London based jewellers, Hancocks are fortunate to have access to many of the best jewellery craftsmen in the world right here; indeed some companies have worked with Hancocks since the 19th century, giving the customer the confidence to know whatever they wish to achieve is possible.

Hancocks is a UK-based, family-run jewellery business with an international reach that specialises in fine jewellery and silver, from antique pieces to contemporary works. Hancocks was established over 150 years ago and has been owned by Stephen and Janie Burton since 1992. They moved Hancocks to 52/53 Burlington Arcade in 1997. Recently, their children Amy and Guy have joined the company, helping to develop the Hancocks brand. Renowned for sourcing important and historic jewels through their international network, their services include conducting valuations, design and creation of bespoke pieces alongside being the only company that has the warrant to produce the Victoria Cross, the highest military decoration awarded for valour.
