Form and Fracture: Abstracting Geometries
http://www.mfa.org/collections/libraries-and-archives/current-library-exhibition
Debra K. Jayne's paintings are about the urban environment, architecture, and our perception of reality. She interrogates and represents the visual narrative of architecture. How do light, movement and form within this environment relate to one another? What is concrete and what is a reflection? What remains fractured or whole? How do we experience these "real" spaces and where do these reflections start and end?
