Léger: Modern Art and the Metropolis
Léger: Modern Art and the Metropolis is a multimedia exhibition that will unite Fernand Léger's The City (1919) with other important paintings of this period by the French painter and with key works in film, theater design, architecture, and graphic and advertising design by the artist and his avant-garde colleagues. The exhitbition will comprise approximately 160 works and include loans from public and private collections in Europe and the United States.
