‘Leonardo da Vinci: Painter at the Court of Milan’ is the most complete display of Leonardo’s rare surviving paintings ever held. This unprecedented exhibition – the first of its kind anywhere in the world – brings together sensational international loans. Among the paintings on view will be the recently-authenticated "Salvator Mundi," which dates to around 1500, depicting a half-length figure of Christ with one hand raised in blessing and the other holding an orb. The work is currently owned by R.W. Chandler, a consortium represented by Robert Simon, an art historian and private art dealer in Tuxedo Park, N.Y., according to reports.
