Join us as we examine the interplay of nature and furniture. Discover an explosion of naturalistic details on historic objects, and watch contemporary craftsmen re-create motifs--from shells and flowers, to vines and leaves--that decorated early furniture. Curators and conservators will share their knowledge of fine furniture made for the home and garden, the parlor and porch.
