A colonial prayer hymnal, the first book ever printed in North America, is expected to bring a record $30 million at a Sotheby's auction in November.
Only eleven or so of the Puritans' 1,700 copies of The Bay Psalm Book, produced in 1640, have survived.
Two are owned by the Old South Church in Boston, and ABC News reprts that church elders have decided to auction one off to finance building repairs and the church's mission.
