Nazi-Looted Art Revealed in German Parliament

Art historians say they have found two artworks stolen by the Nazis within the walls of Germany's parliament.
The discovery came after a horde of art worth about $1.4 billion was found in the Munich apartment of Cornelius Gurlitt, the elderly son of an art dealer who was charged with acquiring "degenerte art" in the Nazi-era.
The spotlight is now on an oil painting by Georg Waltenberger dated 1905 and a chalk lithograph by Lovis Corinth. One of the works discovered in the parliament was once part of the Gurlitt collection, reports Bild, but Germany and other media reports have not confirmed a link to Gurlitt.
An investigation of the German parliament's 4,000-piece art collection is ongoing.
