Art-Competition.net: Announces a new Call To Artists for "Portraits"

Up to Fifteen artists will be selected for a group exhibit, "Portraits" at G25N's online gallery opening on October 15, 2015.

The exhibit and artists will be extensively marketed with numerous Press Releases, Social Media Marketing, Event Listings & Event Calendars, and featured in our Art Market Newsletter with over 16,000 subscribers.

Theme: "Portraits" The curator and judges will be looking for portraits that reveal the subjects' character, emotional state, personality, etc. The portraitures or self-portraits should be more than just a likeness of the subject, it should tell the viewer about the inner person. The curators and judges choose one or more entries from 15 artists based on the originality, uniqueness of the vision conveyed, quality of execution and how clearly the artist's individual technique/style is presented in the portrait. The work can be expressed from representational to abstract.


Submission Deadline: November 16, 2015 (Midnight EST)

Curator Selection: November 19, 2015

Artist Notification: November 24, 2015 (no later then the end of business day EST)

Exhibit Opens: December 10, 2015
