The first Zachys auction to be promoted through Invaluable is the company’s upcoming Early Fall Auction, taking place on September 17 and 18, 2015, at 9:30am EDT on both days of the sale.

The two-day auction will open with a notable selection of Bordeaux, including a case of Château Margaux 1982 (estimated at $7,000 - $11,000). Fine wine highlights from the first day of the sale include six bottles of Château Pétrus 2004 (estimated at $17,000 - $26,000), six bottles of Grands Echezeaux Maison Leroy 1959 (estimated at $6,500- $10,000), a case of Dom Perignon Oenotheque 1996 (estimated at $3,600 - $6,000) and six bottles of Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 (estimated at $6,000 - $9,000).

In addition to fine and rare wines, the first day of the auction also features rare spirits, including a bottle of Duncan Taylor Rare Auld Macallan 33 Year Old Single Malt Scotch (estimated at $1,000 - $1,500) and three bottles of Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 23 Year Old Bourbon (estimated at $6,000 - $9,000). As Japanese sprits are growing more popular on the auction market, the sale also features rare bottles of Japanese whisky, including a Suntory Hibiki 21 year old (estimated at $1,000 - $1,500) and rare Karuizawa 25 year old Single Malt 1985 (estimated at $2,800 - $4,200).

The second day of the sale opens with six bottles of La Tache Domaine de la Romanee Conti 2009 (estimated at $13,000 - $20,000), and also offers six bottles of La Tache Domaine de la Romanee Conti 2000 (estimated at $9,000 - $14,000). White wine highlights include two bottles of Montrachet Comtes Lafon 1973 (estimated at $5,000 - $8,000), a bottle of Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese Gold Capsule Wehlener-Zeltinger Sonnenuhr JJ Prum 1949 (estimated at $5,500 - $8,500) and 11 bottles of Puligny Montrachet Clavoillon Domaine Leflaive 2006 (estimated at $1,200 - $1,800). Additional notable lots from the second day of the sale include a case of Krug Clos d`Ambonnay 1995 (estimated at $24,000 - $36,000) and a magnum of Vega Sicilia Unico 1968 (estimated at $2,600 - $4,000).
