DAVID PECKMAN JOINS HOWARD GREENBERG GALLERY
AS CO-DIRECTOR

Howard Greenberg Gallery has announced that David Peckman has been appointed Co-Director. Previously David was Director of Hamiltons Gallery, London, the UK’s leading gallery for the masters of photography.

“I’m thrilled to have David join the gallery,” said Howard Greenberg. “We have known each other well for almost 15 years. It was always my hope that if he returned to the States, he would join the gallery. David brings professionalism, experience, a loyal following, and a special ability to work well with staff, artists and clients. The gallery can only be stronger under David’s co-directorship.”

Prior to his 12 years as Director at Hamiltons, David, who began his career in the art world as a private art consultant, was a photographs specialist at Christie’s, London. He also brings 20 years of experience as a marketing manager and executive in the U.S. financial services industry to his new position. David earned his Masters of Philosophy degree in Modern Art from Christie’s Education, and his Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and served as adjunct lecturer in the history of photography at Christie’s Education, London, for over a decade.
