A new catalogue- Tin-glazed Earthenware Spring 2017

There is nothing more appealing than the naive charm of much tin-glazed earthenware know variously as majolica, faience, Delft and delftware.  All describe the beautiful earthenware produced across Europe, often influenced by Chinese ceramics yet each created in an original manner reflecting the different tastes and imagery of each different country,  thus creating a wide body of similar, yet distinctive, styles which are reflected in this new catalogue from Earle D. Vandekar of Knightsbridge, Inc.
