Boston, MA - THE ELLIS BOSTON ANTIQUES SHOW, October 23-26, 2013, combines the best of the 49-year Ellis Antiques Show tradition with the innovation of the 20-year Boston Antiques Show, creating a dazzling event that appeals to today's collectors, buyers, and interior designers. Featuring antiques, fine art, jewelry and 20th Century design, the new show has been welcomed into the Boston social and cultural calendar by strong crowds, extensive press coverage and rave reviews. Ellis Boston takes place at The Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts - the epicenter of arts, entertainment and restaurants in Boston's hip and historic South End. The Cyclorama’s circular shape and domed skylight create the perfect ambiance for the show. The show is supported by a Preservation Committee comprised of more than 30 historic to mid-20th Century preservation organizations and museums. With just 40 exhibitors of the highest quality from the United States and Europe, Ellis Boston offers an intimate setting where collectors and dealers can fully engage. Special loan exhibitions and guest speakers throughout the weekend. The Gala Preview on Thursday evening October 23th benefits Ellis Memorial, Boston’s first settlement house and today a major social service agency in the South End and neighboring communities.
