The Young People’s Chorus of New York City (YPC) has announced a diverse, talent-packed lineup for a music series within its new, mixed-media art installation, AloneTogether, an in-depth exploration of the impact of Covid-19-related global turmoil on the hearts and minds of children and young adults.
On Friday, December 17 at 7:00 p.m., Curator Francisco J. Núñez will host an evening of music featuring award winning cellist Jeffrey Zeigler as he plays music by composer Paola Prestini. The Young People’s Chorus of New York City will also perform the world premiere of Prestini’s empowering piece, "For Every Atom" which was commissioned for THE CANONS PROJECT.
The full AloneTogether exhibition is open to the public Saturday, November 20 - Sunday, December 19 (Wednesday-Sunday) from noon – 6 pm.
