Fall Equinox: A Collective Exhibition

Agora Gallery / September 17 - October 8, 2019

https://www.agora-gallery.com/ExhibitionAnnouncement/Fall_9_17_2019.aspx

In the exhibition, Fall Equinox, the 13 artists represented use their personal experiences and socio-political issues from their respective countries to reflect emotion to the viewer through a wide variety of mediums, techniques, and forms. The artists use their past to create in the present. Their life, their religion, their feelings, their thoughts, give life to beautifully and carefully constructed pieces that carve out from the human soul what it means to struggle and encounter change. The artists focus on issues that revolve around identity, religion, immigration, and humanity.

Furthermore, the artists are serendipitously inspired by nature, the phenomena of the physical world collectively. Therefore, through a fusion of colors, dynamic gestures, contrasting mediums and surfaces, and nature as each artist’s views it, the works in Fall Equinox will allow any viewer to redefine for themselves what it means to be human in the world. The ultimate shared object of the works displayed in Fall Equinox is to transpire the importance of the present moment among the complexities of life.

Fall Equinox  opens on September 17, 2019 and will be on display until October 8, 2019.  An opening reception will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 6 PM - 8 PM. Entrance to the gallery is free and open to the public.
