London based gallery D contemporary in collaboration with ArtCan are pleased to announce their annual exhibition Inspire 2022, 4th -16th July 2022.
Bringing together a diverse range of artists exploring the inspiration and positivity of art within today’s society, the exhibition presents a group exhibition celebrating the passion and dedication of contemporary talents.
“Through a plethora of mediums, showcasing the uniqueness of our exhibiting artists, we desire to provide a platform for artistic expression and creative development, celebrating the strong and shared commitment of both organisations towards a fairer artists’ representation and creative diversity.”
To further support this ethos, the Inspire art prize will be awarded to one of the exhibiting artists offering the awardee a solo exhibition at D Contemporary during 2022. The winner will be selected by Tabish Khan, Art Critic and ArtCan Trustee, and D Group Chairman Peter O’Kane.
ArtCan is an artist-led, non-profit arts organisation with members across Britain and internationally whose work is supported by the efforts of artist-member volunteers, contributions from Founder Friends and Friends of ArtCan and with the valued guidance of their Board of Trustees.
With a high expertise in producing collaborative art exhibitions in London, across Britain and internationally ArtCan’s exhibitions complement the work of established galleries by enabling talent to gain experience and skills. ArtCan work with galleries, but also seek new spaces where art becomes a part of everyday life and with the aim of involving audiences in an organic and personal way.
ArtCan’s artist-centred ethos means that their model does not involve charging membership fees or commissions on sales, to help artists focus on developing a sustainable practice.

The second is to attract contemporary art from emerging and high growth markets around the Globe with traditionally less exposure in London but outstanding art. Examples over the years have been Estonia, Kazakhstan, Portugal, South Africa, Belarus, Kurdistan, and Uzbekistan.
