Rago’s Seeks Consignments of Bucks County, Pennsylvania Impressionist and Modernist Art for Its November 16 Fine Art Auction

The Rago Arts and Auction Center seeks works by Bucks County, Pennsylvania Impressionist and Modernist Artists for its Fine Art Auction. Consignments are being accepted now through September 24 for the sale, which will take place on Saturday, November 16.  

 

Each Fine Art sale offers works from well-known Bucks County, Pennsylvania artists, sought out by collectors both local and foreign. To date, there are works in the sale by artists including Charles F. Ramsey, Mary Elizabeth Price, Walter Emerson Baum, John F. Folinsbee, Cullen Yates, Anthony Michael Autorino, Ramstonev, Louis Stone, Lloyd Ney and Bernard Badura.

 

The sale consists of two sessions: 19th/20th C. American and European Art followed by Post-War and Contemporary Art, and features the collection of Vermillion Editions Limited.

Fine Art Auction Preview:

Preview the sale Saturday, November 9 through Thursday, November 14, noon to 5 p.m. and Friday, November 15, noon to 7 p.m.  On November 16, doors open at 9 a.m. and the auction begins at 11:00 a.m.

 

Open House with Guest Speaker:

On Wednesday, November 13, Rago’s will host an open House and lecture by Steve Andersen, Master Printer and Founder of Vermillion Editions Limited.  The auction house opens at noon, a reception begins at 5 p.m., the presentation will begin at 6 p.m.  Please R.S.V.P. to raac@ragoarts.com or 609-397-9374 ext. 119.  If you are unable to R.S.V.P. in advance, please join us.
