Boston, MA – Interior Designer Steven Favreau of Favreau Design will be appearing at three Boston area events this October.  He will be a panelist for special program sponsored by the  Robert Allen showroom at the Boston Design Center, a featured speaker at the antiques, art and design show Ellis Boston, and will be designing the booth for Design New England at the upcoming ArchitectureBoston Expo (ABX).

Favreau will also be part of the weekend-long Ellis Boston Antiques, Art, and Design Show, as a Special Guest Speaker on Sunday, October 26 at 2:00pm.  The program entitled, “Antiques and Contemporary Living” will demonstrate how to incorporate antiques, heirlooms, and artifacts seamlessly into interior design schemes.  The 4th Annual Ellis features 40 exhibitors of the highest quality from around the world with offerings in antiques, fine art, 20th c. design, tribal art, and more. At ABX from October 28-30, Favreau is designing  “Space 332”, Design New England’s booth where convention-goers are invited to relax and enjoy while perusing everything the convention has to offer.  Favreau will be on hand throughout the day Tuesday October 28 through Thursday October 30 to meet colleagues, answer questions and discuss his design.   ArchitectureBoston Expo (ABX) is one of the largest events for the design and construction industry in the country, and the largest regional conference and tradeshow.  The building industry varies dramatically from region-to-region due to issues of climate, geography, politics and economics. In addition to his luxury interior design services, Steven Favreau is a powerful and engaging speaker who offers programs on a number of topics.  He studied interior design at the internationally recognized Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, yet he came to the world of design in a way that distinguishes him from other interior designers. Growing up in Boston, he originally trained in musical theatre and dance at the Boston Conservatory. He left for Paris where performed as a soloist at the Moulin Rouge, and appeared on European television, and then went on to perform on cruise ships, becoming a cruise director for American Hawaii Cruises.
