Internationally-recognized Kips Bay Decorator Show House, hosted by premier youth organization Kips Bay Boy & Girls Club, lands in the Upper East Side and claims 110 East 76th Street as its 2018 location.

“The 2018 Kips Bay Decorator Show House is exactly the kind of space our renowned team of designers needs,” says Show House Chair and celebrated interior designer Bunny Williams. “It’s the perfect landscape for transformation and we are eager to share the Show House with the public and designers alike to raise essential funding for New York City’s youth.”

The town house, which is currently on the market for $51,000,000, is comprised of seven sprawling levels with a beautiful winding staircase connecting each level. At 15,000 square feet, the 36’ wide includes tall ceilings and an abundance of windows for a light and airy feel. The estate’s ideal location, in the heart of New York City’s Upper East Side, allows for easy access to Central Park and Museum Mile. This May, the sought-after residence will call upon 22 leading interior designers to transform individual rooms before opening to the public for viewing.

The Show House doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year and Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s top fundraiser. The gorgeous residence will be open to the public for one month beginning May 1, 2018. The event will be preceded by the much-anticipated Kips Bay President’s Dinner, which will take place on Monday, April 9 at Cipriani 42nd Street.

“The Kips Bay Decorator Show House continues to impress and dazzle each year,” notes James Druckman, President and CEO of the New York Design Center, and President of the Board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “The incredible group of designers and this remarkable space make the Show House one of the most important events in design, not only aesthetically, but also financially for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club."

The acclaimed Decorator Show House is visited by 15,000 people each year and benefits the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which offers imperative after-school and enrichment programs for more than 10,000 youth, ages six through 18, in ten locations throughout the Bronx. The esteemed organization has raised $22 million to date.
