Hanes and Ruskin Antiques of Old Lyme, CT, will be exhibiting a "Children's Corner" at the Litchfield County Antiques Show in Kent, CT, June 24-26. They have been assembling a group of children's furniture over the past several months to create this Lilliputian display. Included is a mid 19th century camel-back sofa with original upholstery, a Pennsylvania child's settee, a mahogany chest of drawers, two candlestands, several portraits of children and babies, and several chairs, and other objects. All pieces are from the mid 19th century or earlier. The booth will provide much food for thought for parents and grandparents.
