Jackson Hole Art Auction announces new 2016 highlights.

Jackson, Wyoming – September 16-17, 2016 – Trailside Galleries and the Gerald Peters Gallery are pleased to announce new highlights of the tenth annual Jackson Hole Art Auction, scheduled for September 16-17, 2016 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Bob Kuhn’s All He Surveys, a 24 x 36 acrylic/board, will be offered for $100,000-$200,000. The grizzly bear painting was executed in 2002, at the height of the artist’s career, for the National Museum of Wildlife Art’s Western Visions exhibition.
Olaf Wieghorst’s dramatic Concord Stage, a 22 x 30 oil/canvas, is estimated at $60,000-$90,000. A second iconic Wieghorst painting, Packin’ In (24 x 30, oil/canvas), will be offered at $50,000-$75,000. Both aforementioned works are from an important private collection and are new to market.
Other highlights to date include major works by John Clymer, Robert Lougheed, Frank McCarthy, E.S. Paxson and more.
