AKUSA from my Renaissance of Harlem series - 2007

AKUSA, 2007, from my Renaissance of Harlem series,

a nonchalant DIVA feeling the moment up on SUGAR HILL.

AKUSA is interpreted in round lines juxtaposed with slight nuances

of cubism, she is decidedly VOLUPTUOUS and rockin a

strapless COUTURE DRESS, my medium of choice is charcoal.

AKUSA has strong AFRICAN FEATURES that bring to mind

SUDANESE SUPERMODELS the likes of ALEK WEK, ADUT AKECH

or GRACE BOL. AKUSA has a sister, her name is ASUKA - MK/ARTIST
