The 2023 Art Law Day will be presented on Friday, November 10 at the Cardozo Law School in New York City with keynote speaker Adam Gopnik, the renown and beloved writer for the New Yorker. Our panels will cover the following topics: Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property: The Value of Authorship, Circular 230 – Rules to Give Tax Advice, Colonial Art Repatriation and Resale Contracts.
