Thinkspace Projects kicks off their truly breathtaking November shows a few days early with an epic Halloween party!

Gallery I: Brian Viveros’s MANIA. The CA-based artist best known for his highly detailed paintings of anti-pin-up doe-eyed ‘Woman of Power’ and his Dirtyland universe, brings his biggest collection yet, with over 20 new pieces.

Gallery II: Abigail Goldman’s Instincts and Indulgences. Pulling from her personal experience as a crime investigator and reporter, Goldman creates intricate die-o-ramas rendered in 1:87 scale, the detailed pieces are a wholly engaging product of Goldman’s life-long fascination with crime and the dark side of the human psyche.

Gallery III: Motelseven’s Waiting for Atlantis, an homage to Samuel Becket’s Waiting for Godot. The collection is a juxtaposition of the colorful and playful among tragedy and existential turmoil.

Gallery IV: Huntz Liu’s Dissolution, utilizies his signature technique of layering material. These compositions are made up of shapes that sit on different planes, creating literal depth and a perceived depth. It is this intersection of the literal and perceived that informs the work; where the absence of material reveals form and the casting of shadow creates lines.

All four incredible shows kick off with THE Halloween art party of the season featuring DJs Venice Beats, an open bar, free drinks from Liquid Death, video projections from Digital Debris, installations from Balloonski, a vape bar from Timeless, live painting from Allison Bamcat, Halloween photo props from GoopMassta, grub from The Roll N’ Bun, and a Halloween costume contest with $500 top cash prize. It’s safe to say this opening is not to be missed!
