Michael Rosenfeld Gallery will open our 25th season on Saturday, September 6th with the exhibition Irving Norman: War & Peace, Monumental Paintings, 1958-1988. This exhibition will be on view through October 25th and be accompanied by an exhibition catalogue with a contribution by Graham Nash (of Crosby, Stills & Nash fame). This will be our second solo exhibition for Irving Norman (1906-1989), a Bay Area artist known for his epic-scale paintings rendering hellish conditions of much of contemporary America. Michael Rosenfeld Gallery LLC is the exclusive representative of the Estate of Irving Norman.
