On July 4, a major exhibition featuring Currier & Ives, “printmakers to the American people," will open at the beautiful Federal-style Boscobel House & Gardens in Garrison, New York.
Currier & Ives prints have been popular collectibles since the 19th century. The exhibition focuses on landscapes and views of the Hudson River Valley and such scenic locales as West Point, Hudson Highlands, Sleepy Hollow and more.
A publication is available and special talks with print dealers and experts will take place until the exhibition close on October 11, 2010. For more info visit www.Boscobel.org.
