Works by Picasso, Braque, Chagall, Kandinsky, Dali and Miro that Guggenheim acquired in the mid-20th century are part of a priceless collection in the Peggy Guggenheim Museum on the Grand Canal.

 

Descendants of the collector contend that the museum is not upholding Guggenheim's wishes, claiming that not all of her works are being displayed at the Venice venue, as per her request, and that other collections are shown.
