Known especially for his monumental and expensive Pop art sculptures, artist Jeff Koons has launched a new venture priced for the everyman. Koons teamed up with Google on a new live case exclusively for Nexus devices, priced around $40. The limited edition Jeff Koons Live Case went on sale today in the U.S. only.

The live cases feature Koons' Gazing Ball sculptural series as three case designs: Bust, Diana, and Mailbox. It also includes "interactive live wallpaper" that the artist calls Gazing Ball Ballet, showcasing New York City Ballet dancers Ashley Laracey and Troy Schumacher in 28 scenes that Koons created from Swan Lake. Just tap the screen to see them dance.

Koons also will create exclusive digital artwork that will be sent time-to-time to the users' phones.
