Fusion Art is pleased to announce the opening of its first International Online Art Exhibition of 2018. The 3rd Annual “Animal Kingdom” exhibition is now available for viewing on the Fusion Art website and features awards in two categories: Traditional Art and Digital Art & Photography.

For this exhibition, artists were encouraged to share their best artistic vision and interpretation of animals, both domestic and wild. The artwork could include any animals that live on land, in the sea or in the air. All artists, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their best representational or abstract animal art and photography.

The Best in Show winners are Laura Hines for her pencil and ink, "Jericho" and Nick Dale for his photographic print, "Bengal Tiger Lying in the Shadowy Water Hole." Both Laura and Nick are Fusion Art's Featured Artists for the month of January 2018 and, as the Best in Show winners, both artists are invited to participate in Fusion Art's 3rd Annual Group Show in Palm Springs in November 2018.

Other award winners include Second Place winners, Crow for his acrylic on canvas, "The Performer" and Julia Moll for her digital photograph, "Digging for Gold." Third Place awards were given to Susan Fox for her oil painting, "In His Prime, Argali Ram" and Barbara Mierau-Klein for her digital photograph, "Winter Swan.”

The remaining finalists in the exhibition, including eight Honorable Mention winners – Marie Alesia, Danielle Kantola, Esther van Hulsen, Iman Khatib, Sheri Emerson, Brigitte Thiele, Youri Chasov and Julie Berglund - all exemplified uniquely creative talents and we are honored to showcase their artwork on the Fusion Art website.

The international competition received a diverse collection of quality artwork from artists all around the world, including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Philippines, South Korea, China, Germany, Taiwan, Russia, Austria, Croatia, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Israel, Estonia, Norway, and Singapore. The exhibition will be featured on the Fusion Art website for the month of January 2018.
