Marianne Fernandez. Sunset Acrylic on Canvas 25.5" x 22.5"

Themes of color and transformation run deep through the Kaleidoscope of the Mind, an exhibition featuring a variety of techniques and styles, from abstract sculpture to realistic figurative paintings. Artists create complex patterns with vivid color, and pose figures against conceptual backdrops in order to build captivating universes for the viewer to get lost in. Illumination: An Exhibition of Fine Art Photography takes a look at the burgeoning talent in the world of photographic contemporary art. The images transport viewers to every corner of the world, highlighting the internationality of these talented artists and their artistic journeys: from the Sahara Desert to North American city streets, from the skies of France to the seas of Sweden.

The exhibitions open on April 24th and will run until May 14th, 2015. The opening reception will take place Thursday, April 30th, from 6-8 PM. The exhibitions and opening reception are open to the public.
