Amdur Productions is excited to announce its 16th annual Buffalo Grove Art Festival located on the main drive of Buffalo Grove Town Center. The show will take place on Saturday and Sunday, June 3rd and 4th from 10 am to 5 pm both days. Currently rated as one of the top 100 art festivals in the country, more than 100 juried artists from around the globe will be showcasing their fine art in all sorts of differing mediums.

“The Buffalo Grove Art Festival is filled with grandeur art and exciting artists that are enthusiastic about their pieces,” says Amy Amdur, president of Amdur Productions, producer of the Buffalo Grove Art Festival. “Specifically featuring Judaic art, viewers will have the opportunity to interact with cultural and historical references based on these artistic materials,” she continues, “There is so much to learn from these highlighted artists and participants get to experience it.”

The Buffalo Grove Art Festival is free admission and free parking to the public. In addition, there will be live art demos and booth chats for personal engagement with the artists. Festival-goers can enjoy food from neighboring restaurants and live music. There will be a kid booth including art fest bingo, spin art, coloring and a graffiti wall.

“This is a perfect way to start off the summer,” says Amy, “The Buffalo Grove Art Festival is unlike any other art show and is ranked one of the top 100 art festivals in the country.” Mark your calendars for this family-friendly art experience and explore the artistic creation of varying mediums exhibited.

Amdur Productions is pleased to announce that PADS Lake County is the charity chosen for this festival’s Green Ribbon Project. Participating artists will be placing a green ribbon on a piece of art in their booth. If the piece is sold during the Buffalo Grove Art Festival, then the artist will donate 10% of the proceeds to PADS Lake County. PADS is a community-based organization that provides resources, support and shelter to individual and families experiencing homelessness.
