Marilyn White, the name long associated with the most well-known art fairs, interior designers, art and antique galleries, auction houses, and design-related companies, is now building buzz for her many projects from newly established headquarters in Los Angeles’s Miracle Mile district.
Says Ms. White: “Thanks to today’s cyber-age, everyone stays instantaneously connected, so I can readily carry on as usual with my work for long-term New York clients while enlarging a roster of new ones in Los Angeles.”
During a career that spans 35 years, Ms.White has spearheaded publicity campaigns for an illustrious Who’s Who of designers, antiques dealers and design firms. Among them: McMillen Inc., Noel Jeffrey, Rose Tarlow and Melrose House, Sally Sirkin Lewis and J. Robert Scott, Carlton Hobbs, Hyde Park Antiques, Ariadne Galleries, The Blumka Galleries, Steinitz, Roberto Polo’s Galerie Historismus, Rago Auctions, Linda Horn Antiques, the textile firms of Scalamandré and Brunschwig & Fils, as well as John Widdicomb Furniture which introduced the furniture collections by the prominent designers Jacques Granges and Mario Buatta.
