Love: a dispatch from Chile

We are all experiencing changes to our normal daily activities as we battle a new unseen challenge. But I believe as a society some of the most innovative results come from facing and solving challenges.
This period presents a perfect opportunity to observe our inner dialogue and to ask ourselves what impact are our thoughts presenting. Are they nourishing our well being? Quietly listening compels us to explore our inner worlds and to find the divine light and energy inside each of us.
Do not despair. As we wait out this period of uncertainty, let us all work to maintain the best possible conditions to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Also this is a good time to check on family members, loved ones and friends.
Working both as an artist and transpersonal psychologist helps me to understand human behavior and the potential we have inside each of us. Please join me in living a life of gratitude, recognize all the good things that are present in our lives today and be thankful everyday. Be encouraged.
