Grogan & Company's September Auction to feature 222 lots of Fine Art, Jewelry, Silver, and Decoative Arts. Inluding a particularly strong American paintings portion of the sale, the auction will feature works by artist Edward Potthast, John La Farge, Frank Benson, Edmund Tarbell, Otto Dix, Montague Dawson, Graham Sutherland, Auguste Rodin, and Maurice de Vlamink. The jewelry portion of the sale includes designers Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Marcus & Co., Hammerman Bros., Patek Phillippe, and Vacheron Constatin. The exhibition opens at their Boston gallery on Thursday, September 24th. The auction will be held at 12 noon on Sunday, September 27th.
