Quidley & Company Fine Art announces Upon Reflection, an international, invitational exhibition opening May 11 and running through May 28, 2013. Upon Reflection features the work of 21 artists who skillfully capture on canvas the interplay of light and color, and their optical effects on water, glass and other reflective surfaces. From the subtle to the dramatic, from the abstract to the illusionistic, these stunning images reveal the ways in which light is transmitted, reflected, and refracted in contemporary realist painting.
