Outdoor Film Series: Rebel without a Cause
This summer join the Saint Louis Art Museum outside on Art Hill for classic American films that helped define "cool" in the 1950s and 1960s and continue to inspire art, fashion, and popular culture today. 9 pm. Free. Forever cool, "Rebel without a Cause" (1955, 111 minutes, color) tells the melodramatic tale of angst and tragedy among beautiful and misunderstood teenagers in the Los Angeles suburbs.
