"Returning Home: Additions to the Demuth Museum Collection"

http://www.demuth.org

Returning Home celebrates three new additions to the Demuth Museum and offers visitors a chance to see part of the museum’s collection of Demuth’s works, now the largest such collection in the world. The three recently added works are watercolors that range in date from 1907 to 1916. Titled Portrait of a Woman, Four Ladies, and Woman in Black in an Alley, these additions help the museum fulfill its mission of collecting works from every part of Demuth’s career.

Due to the fragile nature of the watercolors in this exhibition, Returning Home is an exciting opportunity to see the museum’s collection, including works that have not been in Lancaster for decades. The exhibit will be on view from April 29 to July 2, 2017 at the Demuth Museum. Please contact the museum at 717-299-9940 or information@demuth.org for more information.
