Family Sundays: Helmets, Hats and Headdresses
You’re invited to the Museum every Sunday afternoon for hands-on art activities and a lively 30-minute family tour through the galleries! Each month’s activities focus on a different, family-friendly theme. From fascinators, to helmets, to royal crowns, there are many types of decorative and functional headwear in our collection. Bring the entire family to the Museum in May; tour the galleries and participate in a hands-on art making activity inspired by a few of the fabulous lids found in our collection. All Family Sundays take place in Grigg Gallery from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Tour leaves at 2:30 PM. Free.
